Job well done

Used up the last of the dirt along the Lilac hedge and planted more hosta there. The gardens perked up the the new additional soil. I thing the cyprus mulch I used depleted a lot of the nutrients. I won't use it again around the flowers. Took out the rocks on W side of house and put in dirt, hosta, ferns and mulch. Should be easier to maintain. The long pine needles were difficult and messy in the rocks. I also raided the walking path in the herb garden by several inches as it had packed down and sunk in. I redid the Duluth rocks on w side and by back door too. All these updates look good.
